By playing CarRushX you agree to these terms. CarRushX is operated by AndroApps Technology and is provided free of charge.
Signing in with Google is optional. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for the display name you choose. Choose a name that is not offensive and does not impersonate someone else — other players see it.
Do not modify the game client, automate play, or interfere with other players' races. Lap progress is validated on our server, and we may remove accounts that attempt to manipulate results or disrupt the service.
The game is provided "as is". It depends on a live server and a network connection, and we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, or that race results and statistics will be preserved indefinitely. We may change or discontinue the game at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game, including loss of game progress or statistics.
You can stop playing at any time and delete your account from the home screen. We may suspend access for breaches of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
